BUYER’S AGENT SERVICES

Full representation and support throughout the purchasing process:

• As your Buyer’s Agent, I provide a full-service package, acting as your advocate and representing you throughout the complex home-purchasing process, reducing your risk and protecting your interests, specifically:

• Researching the market to find the best properties available.

• Connecting you with financing professionals who can make your purchase possible.

• Locating and previewing all possible properties, to save you time.

• Taking you to view only properties that meet your specific criteria.

• Negotiating the best possible price on your behalf, assuring that the price you pay is competitive.

• Protecting your interests during the important Home Inspection process.

• Serving as your personal advocate in the closing process.

Research

As a Realtor, I have access to the tools to do a complete search of all possible properties in your desired area. Upon request, I will personally preview properties before showing them to you, saving you valuable time in the process.

Negotiations

As a trained Karass Method negotiator, I will use my training to obtain the best price possible for your home purchase, as well as help you be successful in the Inspection process.

Communication and Detail Management

I will personally attend to all the details regarding your home search and be in regular communication, keeping you informed of the process and sharing feedback about showings and new listings. 

THE BUYER PAYS NO COMMISSION FEES.
My commission is paid entirely by the Seller of the home you buy.
