Open House: I take the time to personally host a catered Open House to present your home to the market and attract as many buyers as possible.

MLS: Your home will be listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), which is the primary vehicle for locating properties for sale. Only licensed agents can access the MLS and 99% of all properties for sale are listed on it. Your listing will include multiple photos and a detailed description of your home to attract buyers.

Websites: Your home listing will be posted prominently on my professional website, as well multiple websites such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com.

Social Media: Your home listing will be linked to a full series of social media sites including Facebook and Twitter, to get full coverage in multiple venues.

Print Marketing: I have professional brochures created as well as Coming Soon postcards to mail to neighbors and prospective buyers.

 

Home Staging

I personally work with your belongings to stage your home so it will show at its best and receive the highest price.
